At Vovlejk, we want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@vovlejk.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please contact us before sending anything back.
