Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship
Orders ship from China. Available destinations are limited to locations enabled at checkout. If a destination does not appear at checkout, shipping is not currently available there.

2. Processing
In-stock orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, stock checks, or address verification.

3. Delivery estimates and rates
For mainland China, current checkout rates show Standard 3–5 business days (¥24) and Expedited 1–2 business days (¥72), where available. For other enabled destinations, rates and estimates are shown at checkout in the store currency. The checkout estimate controls the order.

4. Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used for the order or shown in the order status page. Check your spam folder first, then contact us if tracking has not updated after the expected processing time.

5. Address changes
Contact us promptly before shipment if you need to change an address. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect it. Customers are responsible for costs caused by an inaccurate or incomplete address.

6. Customs and taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges may apply. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility. Customs processing can delay delivery.

7. Delays and undeliverable packages
Carrier, weather, holiday, customs, remote-area, and force-majeure events may delay delivery. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect it, contact us so we can review available options. Additional shipping charges may apply.
